Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Ensure the SAP solution aligns with the organization’s business goals, processes, and requirements

Develop and manage the project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation

Lead organizational change efforts to prepare employees for the SAP system
Requirements
- Degree in Computing or related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA project management
- Demonstrated leadership in analysis, design, implementation and support of business applications
- Certification in SAP FICO/MM/BW/PM/ABAP will be an advantage

Experience with multiple modules (FICO, MM, SRM, BO, BW, PM) will be an advantage
Senior system analysts
Repsonsibilities
- Gather Requirements: Work with business teams to understand and document needs and processes

Test System: Create and run tests (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure the system works correctly

Collaborate: Bridge communication between business users, IT, and external consultants
Requirements
- Degree in Computing or related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA will be an advantage
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Procurement or Financial will be an advantage
- Experience with one or more modules (FICO, BO, PM) will be an advantage
Senior System analysts - development
Responsibilities
- Develop Custom Code: Write, test, and implement ABAP programs (reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, workflows) to meet business requirements

Integrate Systems: Develop interfaces (e.g., RFC, IDocs, Web Services) to connect SAP with external systems or third-party applications

Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and fix bugs or performance issues in existing ABAP programs to ensure system stability
Requirements
- Degree in Computing or related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in SAP R/3
- Knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Managements (MM) of SAP R/3
- Certification in SAP NetWeaver ABAP will be an advantage
- Experience with one or more modules (FICO, SRM, BW, BO) will be an advantage
associate consultant
Responsibilities
● Implement project for customers
● Conduct technical and user training
● Prepare documentation
● Assist the team in all aspects of administrative functions
● Coordinate the administration work with different kinds of vendors
● Responsible for general office administration, such as reception
● Handle ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
● Degree holder in Computer Science/Finance/Accounting/Management or related disciplines
● 1-2 year working and Fresh graduate are also welcome
● Able to handle multi-task jobs effectively
● Excellent communication skills, must be able to interact with all different kinds of people
● Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
