● Conduct technical and user training
● Prepare documentation
● Assist the team in all aspects of administrative functions
● Coordinate the administration work with different kinds of vendors
● Responsible for general office administration, such as reception
● Handle ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
● Degree holder in Computer Science/Finance/Accounting/Management or related disciplines
● 1-2 year working and Fresh graduate are also welcome
● Able to handle multi-task jobs effectively
● Excellent communication skills, must be able to interact with all different kinds of people
● Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
